Carlos is a Co-Founder at OROBI, with over 9 years of experience in advanced full-spectrum cyber operations and network operations solutions. Carlos has a proven track record in cybersecurity, network security, and project management. He is dedicated to ensuring top-tier stakeholder engagement and delivering exceptional financial management for clients.

Carlos' leads cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and operational security at OROBI. He works alongside the executive team to align security priorities with business goals, maintain a strong security posture, and drive improvements in cyber operations. His leadership ensures OROBI remains resilient and proactive in an evolving threat landscape. 

Carlos has held key roles since March 2016, including Senior Systems Administrator, Senior Network Security Engineer, Cybersecurity Analyst, and Network Security Engineer. His extensive professional experience and dedication to excellence has driven organizational growth and sustainability through strategic architecture planning, implementing robust security controls and risk management practices. He has also enhanced the operational frameworks at OROBI to support and secure our clients environments.
